ATELIER.DILETTANTÉ operates the website and is committed to protecting your privacy. This section outlines how we collect, use, and disclose personal information when you use our services.
By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with this policy. We collect personal data solely for the purpose of improving our services and do not share your information beyond what is described in this policy.

- Biographical Data: Name, surname, date of birth
- Contact Data: Address, email
- Sales Data: Shipping and billing address, delivery and payment methods, credit card
details (excluding full card number), and customer service requests
- Purchase Data: Product details such as size, price, model, collection, and abandoned
cart items
- Navigation Data: Information related to browsing behavior, including cookies and visited pages.
Payment Charges
ATELIER.DILETTANTÉ accepts the following payment methods:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- Bank Transfer via BCA, Mandiri, CIMB, Permata, BNI, BRI
- QRIS
Purchases follow a two-step process: authorization and acquisition. First, payment details are verified, and the order amount is reserved. Then, the reserved amount is processed and transferred to ATELIER.DILETTANTÉ’s account. The transaction will appear on your statement under our company name.
By creating an account, you can access a faster checkout experience with saved payment
details and shipping/billing information.
Shipping
Once your garment is completed, we ship all orders via DHL. Estimated delivery times for each product are listed in their respective descriptions, and we provide shipping updates via email. Delivery services may change depending on customer location to ensure the best arrival times.
We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, but please note that each garment is
hand-packaged by our small team. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing, followed by 5-7 business days for delivery.
As per our agreement with DHL, all packages will be marked as merchandise. Any applicable customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer, and we cannot lower declared shipment values.
ATELIER.DILETTANTÉ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during transit. Any claims for lost packages must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
Returns
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
We kindly ask that you consider your purchase carefully and consult our sizing guide or reach out with any questions before placing an order—we’re always happy to assist.
Exceptions are made only in the event of an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect item or a defective product. If this occurs, please contact us at support@atelier-dilettante.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for resolution, items must be returned in their original condition, including all tags, packaging, boxes, and dust bags. Items that have been worn, washed, or altered will not be accepted. We reserve the right to reject any returned item that does not meet these conditions.
Please note that select items may still be made-to-order. These will be clearly marked on the product page and remain non-returnable.
