Shipping and Returns
Once your garment is completed, we ship all orders via DHL. Estimated delivery times for each product are listed in their respective descriptions, and we provide shipping updates via email. Delivery services may change depending on customer location to ensure the best arrival times.
We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, but please note that each garment is
hand-packaged by our small team. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing, followed by 5-7 business days for delivery.
As per our agreement with DHL, all packages will be marked as merchandise. Any applicable customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer, and we cannot lower declared shipment values.
ATELIER.DILETTANTÉ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during transit. Any claims for lost packages must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
Returns
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
We kindly ask that you consider your purchase carefully and consult our sizing guide or reach out with any questions before placing an order—we’re always happy to assist.
Exceptions are made only in the event of an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect item or a defective product. If this occurs, please contact us at support@atelier-dilettante.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for resolution, items must be returned in their original condition, including all tags, packaging, boxes, and dust bags. Items that have been worn, washed, or altered will not be accepted. We reserve the right to reject any returned item that does not meet these conditions.
Please note that select items may still be made-to-order. These will be clearly marked on the product page and remain non-returnable.
