Shipping timelines vary depending on the product, so please check the estimated schedule for your desired item before purchasing. Delivery times also depend on your location. While we strive to meet our estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to quality control or production issues. In such cases, we will provide regular updates on your order’s status.

Each order placed with ATELIER.DILETTANTÉ is carefully crafted and finished by hand in Bekasi, Indonesia. We hold our craftsmanship to the highest standards and oversee every step of the process to ensure complete quality assurance.

When you place an order, you will receive an automatic email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your order’s status. Depending on the product, lead times will be indicated on the product page to reflect potential production delays.

If your purchase includes multiple items, including ones with extended production times, your shipment will be dispatched once all items are ready.

Depending on your region, you may be subject to import duties and fees upon receiving your order. These charges are beyond our control, and we are unable to cover them. They are not included in the shipping cost, and we cannot lower the declared value of shipments to avoid potential fees. Please check your local customs regulations to determine any applicable charges.

Each ATELIER.DILETTANTÉ piece is made using unique fabrics and dyeing techniques. As a result, slight variations in color and texture may occur compared to the images shown on our website. Some designs are also intentionally crafted to develop a patina over time, giving each garment its own distinct character.

Variations in sizing may occur due to fabric properties, washing, or finishing treatments. These minor differences are a natural outcome of the production process.

For select pants, we offer inseam adjustments upon request. Please leave your desired length in the order notes at checkout.
